 MONDAY 3rd JULY The floor has now been painted with two coats of black gloss and you can see the circular holes have also been filled in with the pieces of plywood cut in a circular shape. The wooden panelling that came with the van to protect the interior of the chassis from damage has been painted in a purple gloss from about one third of the way down. The wheel arch covers have been replaced and have also been given two coats of black gloss.

 SATURDAY 1ST JULY Today I completely finished insulating the walls and replaced the plastic panels that you can see in the lower sections of these photos. I also fully insulated the wheel arches with 2cm thick Kaiflex. I also painted the floor with two coats of black undercoat - allowing for the necessary drying time in between each coat. In the final photo you can see I have replaced the wooden panelling that came with the van when we bought it. This panelling has been sanded and repainted in white.

 FRIDAY 30TH JUNE After fully insulating the floor I sanded and painted the plywood flooring that came with the van when we bought it. The holes in the flooring are for where the anchor points are accessed for tying down the loads transported in the van. The anchor points were removed and I cut out circles to fill these holes.
